Our KCK Essentials Collection is all about keeping it clean and effortless. Featuring the signature "Krafty Cut Kreations" design across the chest, these tees are made for everyday wear while proudly representing the KCK brand.
Care instructions: Turn the garment inside out. Wash in cold. Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Air dry recommended. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron directly on design.
For best results: Wash with similar colors and avoid excessive heat.

Custom & Decorated Items
Because our products are handmade and/or decorated specifically for you, all custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind.
This includes our custom logo tote bags, apparel, mugs, tumblers, hats, and other personalized products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has an error caused by Krafty Cut Kreations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item.
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we may provide a replacement, remake, or refund at our discretion.
Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any requested designs, names, wording, colors, or other details before production. We are not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
Care & Wear
Because many of our products are handmade and heat-pressed, proper care is important. Damage caused by improper washing, excessive heat, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

At Krafty Cut Kreations, we carefully prepare and package every order with love and attention to detail.
Processing Time
Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time. The estimated turnaround time will be communicated when your order is placed.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Shipping Delays
Krafty Cut Kreations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to have the order reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Krafty Cut Kreations is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and item so we can help determine the next steps.
Local Pickup & Delivery
Local pickup and/or delivery may be available for customers in our service area. Available options and any applicable delivery fees will be shown or communicated at the time of purchase.
